LEGO Ninjago Birthday Party

Hi all!  I don't know why I haven't posted for almost 5 years!!!  Lol.  SO many parties I want to share with you.

I am currently in party planning mode for my daughter's 13th birthday!  The theme----POKEMON!  I will share my ideas and how everything turned out after. :)

But now, I want to show you all the LEGO Ninjago party I did for my daughter's (Andrea) 8th birthday (2015).

I used to hate when there wasn't a lot to find for a party theme my kids want.  Now I love it because I can get creative.

First, I want to share her birthday cake, which is one of my favorites I have ever done.

I hate working with fondant, so I only use it for details most of the time.  It taste good, but buttercream is better (IMO).

I have this thing where I love to name the food.  Lol.  So of course I did that for this party.  It was really fun thinking up names.  In no particular order here they are:

We have fried rice at every party.  Lol.

This was so easy, but oh so cute!

Hot dogs wrapped in cresent rolls.

This punch was made using:  Lime Sherbet, Lime Kool Aid (made concentrated, less water), lemon lime soda, green food color.

Very easy salad to make: halved grapes, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks or tidbits, mini marshmallows, and whipped cream.

Bugles!

Muddy Buddies with a play on words. :)

Last is decor and favors.  Her favorite color is orange so I did the front door as Ninja Andrea, the orange ninja.  Lol.  I made my own centerpieces.

Each child got a Chinese take out box of goodies, a fortune cookie, and chopsticks.  I actually did find the thank you picture for the favors online.

 The kids' table

Centerpiece.  Lloyd is the green ninja, but he also turns in to the gold ninja.  We embraced both colors.

The printer is my friend when it comes to birthday parties.  So is the Dollar Tree.

If your child requests a LEGO Ninjago party- I hope this post has helped you.  IF you have any questions please feel free to ask.

Thanks for stopping by!
